Do I respect Tom who chase his dream even though his dream will not be able to be dream came true? My answer is "yes", but I really thought about this story. My first answer was no, of cource you know, we have to live by ourselves when our parents or someone whom we rely on disapear, and this also mean we must get the power of life and also economical. Honestly, I don't want to care about our racical problem. Tom's dream was to be actor of Hamlet, however, Hamlet was focused on a king who were from Denmark. Tom was a Japaneseamerican. Is it possible? Tom must have known answer, but he had kept hoping to be. I think anything is okay if something will be our engine of energy, and in his case, the role of Hamlet was his best thing he could absorb in.
How about generation or movement of that society? It looked little difficult for people to break any racical or something. He didn't look like he had consideration for his family, because he didn't think about his future by following his famly's advice, and finally, he was actually disowned, on the other hand, we can see how big decision he had. I make my limitation when I tink about my dream, or example, I will difentely not have the dream like him, because of racical issue, but Tom didn't care about anything, and he made efforts with his strong mind. He was strong even if he would have never have opportunities he could play roll in Hamlet. We have to live in real world, and some say that our lifves are not so easy to be happy, however, how many people have bright dreams without any their own worries and limitation? Tom taught me one new world that happiness is not just only to get successful.
