The story "Japanese Hamlet" is about the boy who really loves Shakespear. His dream is that he becomes the great Shakespear's actor. He never gives up his dream that will not be true.
"Can I respect him?" I didn't think I can at first. That's why he can't look at himself to look at his dream enough. He has the knowledge about his dream but he doesn't the knowledge about his life. My opinion, to get your dream is getting to be close when you can look at yourself or understand yourself.
However, I think I can now because I could agree with my friend's opinions which are opposite my opinion when I heard them in the class. I tried to think possitivily. I have never seen the kind of person like him. Can we have such a feeling that we don't give up our dream ever ? Most young people would not be able to do that. Thus I want to respect him.
