BENETTON

     There was a poor family in Italy. One of the sons, Luciano decided to start his own business. He wasn't satisfied with the shops then. At that time, people were needed to know what they want and ordered the clerk to bring clothes from backroom. It was difficult for young people to go shopping without their parents, and there was no colorful clothes. Luciano changed the general idea of shops. He and his brother procured the material for clothes, and his sister and mother made some bright clothes. Then, he changed how to display clothes. He put some clothes for showing. People loved both the clothes and the style. The company became bigger and bigger, and Luciano was needed to borrow other people's help. How did he keep attracting the customers with other staffs? Why did the company have great success?

     Since I didn't know the bland, Benetton, I didn't imagine what the story is about. However, we can learn a lot of things through reading this book. For example, I learned that I need not to be satisfied with the present situation. I want to look at things  differently and find something new. If you want to do something but lose your way, I recommend you to read this book. He mentioned about discrimination, and did something for it. Thus, you could read it and find what he did if you're interested in discrimination.
