Summer Reading Recommendations

Welcome to Summer!

I want to wish you all a wonderful and safe holiday.  For your reading pleasure, I have added this page for you to upload your comments about the three (or more) books you read over the summer.  Please feel free to add information about other things you read as well.  I will be checking this blog periodically throughout August, so please try and maintain a regular reading schedule.  Don't wait until the end of August to begin reading. 

Currently, I am reading a biography (genre) about the American dictionary writer Noah Webster (protagonist).  He is remembered for his work collecting and defining vocabulary at the time when America was just discovering its own identity after the war with England for independence. 

The book is titled: The Forgotten Founding Father: Noah Webster's Obsession and the Creation of an American Culture, written by Joshua Kendall.

I will write a review as soon as I have finished reading it.
