Oliver Twist

Oliver Twist

This is a book written by Charles Dickens, and first published in 1862. The genre of this story is novel and the theme is poor and love. The main character is Oliver Twist who was born in poverty, and kiving in a workhouse. Mr.Bumble is a workhouse official and treats the kids badly. Mr. Sowerberry is a undertaker, and Fagin is a head of a group of theifes. Mr. Brownlow is a man who helped Oliver.
Oliver was in a workhouse, and he was made to ask Mr. Bumble for getting some more food. aftert that, Oliver was staken to Mr. Sowerberry's place to be and help the undertaker, but because he did not like the job, he escaped to London. Then Oliver was made to be a member of Fagin's group. Fagin made Oliver to steal, but Oliver did not become bad. At that time, Oliver met Mr. Brownlow. Even though Oliver was having a great time with Mr. Brown low's family, he was caught by Fagin, and .......after that one accident changed evrything around him. Mr. Brownlow and a girl named Nancy will be importnat characters. Did Oliver get a happy adn normal life, or be a theif like Fagin?  Find it by yourself.


I recommend this book because it is really easy to understand even thought his is level 6. This story is famous, and the ending is beautiful. I cannot tell but it is really good. Read it and find it.
