East 43rd Street

East 43rd Street was written by Alan Battersby and first published in 2000. The genre is thriller and the theme is trusting people and false love. The main character is Nat Marley, and Shella Delgado and Joe Blamey help Nat. Angela Lake is a woman who is Robert Lake's wife who is the evil guy in this story. He is rich but small, and he enjoys playing games of money. This story starts in a bar which is on East 42nd Street in New York. it is really exists. One evening, Nat was drinking there and found one woman entering the bar who is Angela. She looks really great and wears some expensive neckleca. Nat is attracted by her and when she leaves the bar, he follows her. This was a first mistake. Next morning she is in his office on East 43rd Street, and said she needs help. She gives him two thousand dallers and makes him do what she says. But as he follow what she says he finds something weird, then he asks Shella and Joe to help him. Unfortunately, Nat is arrested by the police and treated not good way, even he is not the bad guy. Will he be able to prove himself innocent? and will the truth why Angela made him do such a thing be exposed? Then find it.

This was really good! Because it is the level 5 book, it was easy to read.
 Nat is so smart and this story made me satisfied and  I became full of satisfaction. This is based on the real places in New York so it made me want to visit the bar. But at the same time it reminds me the 9.11. because the worl trade center is not there anymore. this story also include journasist's help, so it was really interesting for me. One day, I will visit the place in this book. I really enjoyed and I reccomend you to read it!
