GLADIATOR

First, this story’s background is Rome.

The main character is a man who is a general in the Roman army called Maximus.

After his last battle he wants to return to his family. But the new emperor Commodus hates Maximus, and kills his family. Soon Maximus is a prisoner, then a slave, and finally a gladiator. When Emperor Commodus joins Maximus in the area they fight for their lives.

I really interested in Rome. Because the name of the Roman people is so cool and their clothes and their building is too.

While I was reading this book, I can image the scenes and I enjoyed that.

This story is about a man and his family. The story made me moved. Especially, I really want to tell you about the end of the story because I really moved to the scene. However unfortunately I can’t! So please read this book!

This title is Gladiator. Have you ever heard this word? I think you have.

About a few years ago, the sandals which like gladiator’s shoes were in fashion in this country and the sandals had called Gladiator.  After I had read this book, the sandals seem so cool.
