Detective Work

This book was written by John Escott. As a title, this is detective story.

The main character is Paul. He is a 16-year-old boy and a student. He gets a job for the summer holiday at Repsom museum. There is a quite costly jewel. It is a hundred thousand pound diamond necklace that belongs to the Gilbertson family. However one day, the necklace is stolen by someone working in the museum. The police completely suspects Paul, so he begins to find the real thief.

To be honest, I don't very recommend this book. It was boring a bit than I thought. I wanted something to be excited a little more. I couldn't be satisfied enough, but the last of this story was interesting and surprising. The thief was unexpected person!
